My puppies will be current on their vaccinations and worming prior to coming home with you! If your puppy is over twelve weeks old when shipped, a rabies shot will be included, also. Shot records will be included with each puppy.
God forbid a puppy should die during shipment! If this should happen, we will offer a full refund or exchange the puppy with another puppy of your choosing. Tillie’s Tots will insure each puppy for the adoption fee with the airline prior to shipment.
WAIT for 10 days before giving your puppy shots, or you will void this Health Guarantee. For the first veterinarian visit, you should get a health check up only. Tillie’s Tots shall not be held responsible for health issues caused by negligence on the part of the Buyer.
We provide shot records from our veterinarian! We guarantee your puppy to be free of all communicable diseases and genetic defects for a period of 15 days from the date of shipment to the buyer. Tillie’s Tots strongly suggests that you get the new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after the puppy arrives. If your vet discovers and certifies a genetic defect or life-threatening disease within the 48 hours, Tillie’s Tots will provide you with a replacement puppy of equivalent quality free of charge as soon as such puppy is available. You will become first on our waiting list, if there is a waiting list at that time. Veterinary costs are your responsibility.
